Livadia Hotel is a modern alpine-style hotel set on a hillside above the traditional village of Kyperounta, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The hotel features 21 comfortable rooms and suites, all with private balconies, including a luxury suite with fireplace and Jacuzzi, three spacious suites with fireplaces and sofa beds, and 17 double rooms. Guests can enjoy a restaurant, fully equipped bar, outdoor swimming pool, gym, terrace, and a 50-seat conference and event space. The hotel can also host weddings, christenings, parties, and other special occasions for up to 250 guests, with customised menus prepared by its catering team. Originally established in 1947, Livadia Hotel has been passed down through generations and transformed from a small five-bedroom guesthouse into the welcoming hotel it is today, while preserving its long-standing tradition of warm Cypriot hospitality, excellent food, cleanliness, and friendly service.
